Therefore, it is crucial that women learn how to stand up for themselves and say what they want without feeling pressured by others\’ expectations of what they should do or say (which is often based on stereotypes). This does not imply that all women need to become aggressive or rude; in fact, there are some situations where being very assertive about something can result in losing respect for someone rather than gaining it! However when it comes down it being assertive means standing up for yourself when needed – especially if someone else has been disrespectful towards either yourself or someone else! And don\’t forget: You aren\’t alone out there – ask friends/family members if something feels wrong so they can support whatever decision(s) would work best for everyone involved 🙂
